Outreach to Policymakers

rob at hide no harm press conf2

The Coalition for Sensible Safeguards and its members serve as advocates on Capitol Hill. Our mission is to ensure that lawmakers strengthen — and do not undermine — the system of standards and safeguards that protect our environment, workplace safety, financial security and public health.

In furtherance of that goal, members of the Coalition for Sensible Safeguards regularly brief elected officials and their staff, circulate letters to lawmakers on key bills and amendments, and write to agency heads and trade representatives.
